Description
Requirement for commercial Mold Remediation Services at Building 91259 (Auditorium), Hurlburt Field, FL IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to safely eradicate mold and restore the facility. All work must be executed in strict accordance with OSHA, EPA, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and local regulations. Estimated Budgetary Range for this project is between $15,000 to $25,000. Offerors are required to submit their complete quotation package to both Points of Contact listed. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on 05 Aug 2026 at 10:00am CST at Hurlburt Field, AFB in Bldg. 91259. Questions are due no later than 4:00pm CST on 06 Aug 2026. Offer Due Date: 10 Aug 2026 at 2:00 pm CST. Base Access: Please submit a request to the personnel above NLT 04 Aug 2026 at 2:00 pm CST.Questions: Must be submitted via email to the personnel noted above. Key Information: All visitors and contractors attending the upcoming site visit must present a REAL ID-compliant identification card or an approved secondary form of identification to gain entry to the installation. Standard drivers licenses that state Not for Federal Official Use or Federal Limits Apply will not be accepted as standalone identification. To pass through security at the Visitor Control Center (VCC), you must present one of the following primary forms of identification: A REAL ID-Compliant Drivers License/ID Card (identifiable by a gold or black star in the upper right hand corner). A Valid U.S. Passport or Passport Card. An Active DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or Military ID. A Permanent Resident Card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551).What if your Drivers License is NOT REAL ID-Compliant? If your state-issued license is not REAL ID-compliant (or says Federal Limits Apply), you must bring one of the primary IDs listed above OR your non-compliant license paired with one of these secondary documents: A certified copy of your birth certificate. A Social Security Card. A Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship.
