Defense Supply Center Richmond(DSCR) Perimeter Fence Repair This is a solicitation for Perimeter Fence Repair Service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 (Commercial Services), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0046 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price award with an expected Period of Performance of one(1) base year and four(4) option years. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors). The small business size standard is $19M. Department of Labor Wage Determination based on location of the service provided (Chesterfield County, VA). Partial proposals will not be accepted. For an offer to be considered for award, the contractor must own, possess, or otherwise control a bona fide place of business from which mobilization occurs within 120 miles of Defense Supply Center Richmond. A bona fide place of business refers to a location where the offeror regularly maintains an office with at least one full-time employee. The offeror must include the address of this location within the offer submitted. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Statement of Work(SOW) and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice. Past performance will be considered a part of Technical Acceptability, and the Contracting Officer will pull contractor data from CPARS and SPRS. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. OBJECTIVES The objective of this procurement is to establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide an ordering mechanism for the government to obtain fence repair services on an as-needed basis. Individual orders will be placed through the award of task orders as requirements arise. BACKGROUND The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) has a need for fencing repair services on the installation of the permitter fence line around DSCR. as the facility maintenance branch does not have qualified/trained personnel and/or equipment for the tasks outlined in this scope of work. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS The contractor is responsible for all materials, tools, labor, equipment, etc. The contractor is responsible for removal of all demolished/excess material. The areas that are disturbed must be cleaned, leveled, and seeded/watered, fixed or patched. The contractor must follow all UFC, NFPA, OSHA, IBC and any other applicable code requirements. CMR Vertical Flagpole Installation

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the installation of a vertical flagpole and related infrastructure at the American Ambassador&rsquo;s residence in Rome, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as required in the contract. This project is estimated at between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and a site visit.
