Ft. (ABOA): 4,631 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,863 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 reserved spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 490 SF of light industrial space is required (within the SF range requested). 800 SF fenced/secured wareyard to park ATV/trailer (in addition to the SF requested). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
