This RFQ is for repair. The resultant award of this solicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's signed acceptance prior to execution. Please note freight is handled by the Navy as per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. In accordance with the CAV Statement of Work, the contractor is required to accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect the actual date of physical receipt. Description of Requirement The FBI CJIS Division requires the purchase and delivery of new, commercial‑grade LED light fixtures to support facility operations at the Clarksburg campus. Please refer to Attachment A - Bill of Materials (BOM).This requirement is being solicited on a brand‑name basis . Only the specific brand, make, and model numbers identified in this solicitation will be accepted. No substitutions, equivalents, or alternate products will be considered. The Government has determined that the identified brand‑name items are necessary to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure, standardization across the FBI CJIS facility in Clarksburg, WV, and continuity of operations. 3. Evaluation Criteria The Government will evaluate quotes based on: Technical Acceptability Price The Government will evaluate quotes on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Under LPTA, the Government will first determine whether each quote is technically acceptable. Only quotes that meet all requirements of this solicitation will be considered acceptable. Quotes that do not meet every requirement will be rated technically unacceptable and will not be considered further. After determining technical acceptability, the Government will evaluate price.
